Tasting notes:
Sparkling, bright and pure, with lively gold colour. Its bubbles form a stable crown that is shaped along the border of the glass.
You can identify vanilla, honey, wood and toasted aromas on the nose, as a result of its transition through American and French oak barrels during 6 months.
Smooth attack on the palate combined with a good embedding of the wood. Creamy and structured with a deep closing and aftertaste.
