Tasting notes:
Gold in colour with a hint of greenish sparkle with an effervescent bubble that shape along the border of the glass forming a stable crown.
Fresh on the nose, with ripe fruit notes. You can identify baked bread and yeast aromas, due to its aging, which furnish a good intricacy.
The suitable, refreshing acidity forms the structure combined with the creamy texture of the bubbles.
